In Espoo we have most of the training in Ulappakatu 2 Espoonlahti at Wednesday 06.00 PM and Saturday & Sunday 04.00 PM. Sometimes the Wednesday is at Töölöö Kisahalli in Helsinki. All training is free accept the Kisahalli. We schedule that two first week of the month is just fitness exercise and Saturday always. The third week of the month is training in MMA gear and soft weapons and the last week of the month training in armour. Those ho have not armour can use the MMA gears (we have 2-3 sets).
